SCA UK is the UK’s sole training provider for Grandmaster Bram Frank’s Common Sense Self Defence/Street Combat system, utilising filipino martial art stick, knife and empty hand  drills in a modern tactical format.

SCA UK blends the CSSD/SC system with kickboxing, empty hand, stick, knife and groundwork sparring. Were a less traditional, no frills system focusing on the realism of close quarter combat, and the relevance of techniques in todays society.
